PAYMENT METHODS

1. Wire Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer =T/T) is best. It takes 1-3 working days to clear.  Please email for details.
    

2. Credit cards for internet orders are not accepted due to fraud cases. For clients who come to our gallery in Singapore. We DO ACCEPT, Diners & JCB (3.25% extra),  Visa & Mastercard (2.5% extra).
    

3. International Bank drafts or Money Orders in Singapore dollars only. Foreign currency takes about 3 weeks to clear, only if you are able to wait.

4. 2nd Hand reserves the right not to release the item or cancel the sale until the item has been fully paid. Especially for "Hold", "Reserve" & popular items.  Many clients who want us to hold the item/s, back out last minute while we have other potential buyer/s causing us losses. It is also common to have a few buyers vying for the same item. Therefore, to protect us and buyers' interest. We have to release the item/s to a buyer on the first-come-first-serve basis or whoever confirms with us on our listed price. Our walk-in clients have priority over internet sales.

SHIPMENTS

1. 1st CLASS -DHL or FedEx -International Priority. By far, this is the fastest and safest method. However, it is also very attractive with customs. You'll probably have to pay some taxes. 1-4 working days. It will be under personal handling and packed in a DHL or FedEx box/pack. US$60 to S$100 with insurance for items up to US$3000.
    

2. 2nd CLASS -Registered EMS Speedpost-Less than one week on the average. Price is fair. US$40 to S$75 with insurance for items up to US$3000.
    

3. When ordering, please quote "CLASS" and all prices listed above are for weight less than 500gm.
    

4. Please email us for the insurance regarding your purchase.

* 2ND HAND WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE IF YOU DECLINE NOT TO HAVE THE INSURANCE. ALL INSURED ITEMS THAT ARE LOST WILL BE SUBJECTED TO INVESTIGATIONS & CONCLUSIONS DONE BY THE INSURANCE AND SHIPPING COMPANIES BEFORE ANY PAYMENTS ARE MADE.

ALL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOM DUTIES AND CHARGES INCURRED, IF ANY.

OUR INSURANCE COMPANY ONLY OPERATES FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. WE CANNOT SEND ANYTHING OVER THE WEEKEND, PLEASE UNDERSTAND IF THERE IS A DELAY FOR SHIPMENT DUE TO THIS.

2ND HAND WATCHES WARRANTY

1. All Pre-owned and vintage watches come with a 6 Months Limited Warranty. 2nd Hand cannot guarantee that every individual part such as the gears, hands, crowns, crystals, screws, bracelet and straps are original as the item may have
   been repaired or restored previously. All 2nd Hand products are carefully inspected before any buying/selling. Being vintage and pre-owned, there is NO WATERPROOF WARRANTY on all watches unless otherwise stated or requested. This implies especially to all snap-back cases and cases with correctors and chronographs. Please bear in mind that all mechanical watches/clocks, especially vintages are not
   able to keep accurate time. We also cannot afford to overhaul all our watches as we have many stocks trading every month.
    

2. "Three-Day return policy" applies to overseas clients buying on the internet only. NOT for clients buying direct from our showroom in Singapore.
    

3. Three-day return applies except on BRAND NEW WATCHES. Just return any watch (within three days of receipt) in the SAME CONDITION as it was received for a *refund of the purchase price.
    

4. The refund will only be made upon our inspection that the watch is not tempered. It will also less the commission charges made by the bank or credit card services. Please also understand that there might be a difference due to the exchange rate.
    

5. All Shipping, handling & insurance charges are non-refundable. Returned items are shipped at the buyer's own expense & risk. It has to be in the same condition as it was shipped from 2nd Hand. Watches may not be returned for any reasons after three days.
    

6. Sales are final after this inspection period. Please call or email before you return the item. These terms are consistent with the guidelines set by the NAWCC.
